The WISE Learners’ Voice Program invites the ideas of young people for rethinking education. The program is intended to provide a platform to voice the young people's views and to create a youth community for shaping the future of education.
The objectives of the program:
1. To provide tools and resources to young people working on shaping new education ideas.
2. To give a platform for selected candidates to discuss with policy makers and innovators in education
3. To provide an opportunity to participate and engage at WISE 2019 and to publish their work by WISE.

Selection process:
1. Evaluation of submitted application Form online.
2. Evaluation of Creative Submission which is submitted by candidate in the form of an essay, story, poem, film or any other creative medium about their vision on education.
3. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an online interview.

Eligibility:
1. Age should be between 16-21.
2. Must have a valid travel document.
3. Should be willing to travel to Doha from 16-22 November 2019.
4. Should be good in English proficiency.
