About the Fellowship: The Acumen Fellowship program is a leadership development program currently operating in Colombia, East Africa, India, Pakistan, and West Africa. The program is intended to cultivate a pipeline of tomorrow’s social leaders. The fellows can stay in their jobs while being part of five in-person, multi-day seminars and engaging in online content between seminars.
Their Fellows Program is a one-year leadership development program for those who are dedicated to tackling poverty in their respective region.
Benefits of the Program:
- The fellowship covers all-program related expenses such as costs associated with the seminars including lodging, food, transportation & visas.
- Training, practical tools, and space to explore their own leadership skills.

- Social entrepreneurs, social intrapreneurs, and organizational builders.

Leadership skills are essential in modern corporate world, some of the attributes learned are useful in general, this program is worth one's time even if one is not in a leadership role.
