HBS Crossroads Emerging Leaders Program (Fully Funded)

About the Program: The Crossroads Emerging Leaders Program is a fully-funded career development opportunity for young graduates from across the world, who are 18-24 year old, the first member of their family to join a graduate program and facing financial and social challenges.

Process of the Program: The program includes a multi-stage evaluation process, then the selected candidates will get the chance to be part of in this exceptional educational experience by attending the fully funded class room experience at HBS. 

Location: Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai

Cost: FREE including international traveling cost, lodging cost, and study materials.

Eligibility Criteria: 

-       Must be between 18-24 years old.

-       Must hold a passport

-       Must be the first member / first generation within their family to attend a graduate program, facing financial and social chellenges.

-       Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program or a recent graduate from a university within the last three years.

-       Must be fluent in English.

Eligible Locations: Central Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and the United States
